Can't accept cash 15 minutes before close? I'm in an emergency and needed oil. When I was a retail manager, if I were to deny a customer something because I wanted to finish my job before corporate closed the store... I would be totally written up. Ignorant. I'll never shop at Lordco again.
Went to lordco as I referred by fountain tire
Entered the store , young kid/punk at the counter was rude and had an attitude when I asked a simple question as I have never been inside and am not completely familiar with cars etc . I asked once more where an item was and he referred me to the back counter with an attitude which prompted a reply from me . Went to the back counter and the older gentleman was very helpful and courteous. As a person who works in retail , I would hire the older guy and fire the kid on the spot . You can be polite when dealing with the public and if you don't wanna be there then quit. Don't be sitting on a milk crate at the till at 2 pm .
Hope you end up at Walmart
But lordco train these kids for better customer engagement and figuring out what the needs are so you can provide a positive experience for your customers
Lordco in Vernon was a good experience. Recently I lost an oil cap in the engine and after a while I just broke down and bought a new cap. Good place to do business with
The guys behind the counter always seemed stressed...there are always line ups trying to get service. The phones are usually ringing off the hook ...they have like 10 to 15 terminals with like 3 or maybe 4 being used...why can't upper management get these guys some help..it's getting to the point I make this my last resort due to the wait ..than my past first resort for parts.
This employee probably doesn't know what he's doing! On my visit in your store on 27/5 2023, this employee was with this customer for half an hour. There were ten customers behind me, but no one cared! If your employees don't know what they're doing, they should find an easier job for them. I am very dissatisfied with your service.

Everyone is help full only the old man at painting section is not good at all
Good customer service, they had the engine air filter we need for a f-350 desiel. Store was clean, staff were freindly, and the line up went fairly quick.
On hold several times for over ten mins . Had to hang up . Big lines in store also . Do not expect a quick trip at this location .
Lordco has a monoploy on the auto parts buisness and now provide poor service .
